. The venue has an underground parking garage in the same building (entrance through SW Alder St), and on the adjacent blocks. From the Parking Garage, press P1 in the elevator to Checkin on the first-floor entrance.

Guest Questions Answered

I arrived after the start of the show, but my reserved seat was taken, do I get a refund?
When a fashion show starts, all seats along the front are filled in. If you are not in your seat at that time, it may no longer be available. This is simply how fashion shows work, and no refunds will be granted for late arrivals who are not sitting in their reserved seat when the show starts.
Is the content of the fashion shows age-appropriate?
 In an event where creatives show their work, often never-before-seen content, FashioNXT can’t control the content. Parental guidance is advised if attending with minors. Parents are also advised to accompany the minors and not keep them in the venue for late-night events.
I noticed that some of the designers or brands showing have changed since time I procured my procurement of tickets. Do I get a refund?
No. Designers’ and Exhibitors’ names published in the schedule are based on their expressed commitment to reserve a time slot on the runway or venue space at FashioNXT Week. FashioNXT can’t be held liable for their inability or unwillingness to honor their commitments at the time of the show, or their social standing outside of the FashioNXT venue.
I learned something about a designer or participant at FashioNXT show that I don't agree with and find unacceptable. Can I get refund of my ticket?
No. Entities like Designers’ and Exhibitors’ names that are published in the schedule are utilizing FashioNXT services. There are others who are there to provide services about the specific scope of the needs of the show. FashioNXT can’t be held liable for their social standing outside of the FashioNXT venue.
What's the expectations of anti-discrimination in the show venue?
Please report to FashioNXT complaints about incidents of discrimination or harassment. FashioNXT reserves the right to deny access or service to anyone that it deems inappropriate or disruptive.
Do I expect to see original content by all the designers showing?
Participating brands are responsible for the content they showcase or represent, including but not limited to maintaining their intellectual property.
I didn't find the price I paid for my seating at the show equivalent or fair compared other seating level. Do I get a refund?
No. FashioNXT often does not take place in an established venue with a set seating arrangement. It’s not possible to predict the show’s visibility or other factors that an individual patron may expect as fair from every seat or angle, despite our best efforts at seat planning.
