Born in Vietnam, Vien moved to Oregon and received her Fashion degree from the Art Institute. She utilizes 25 years of experience to create modern formal wear including bridal gowns, riding jackets, suits and accessories. She has won Oregon Bride Magazine’s Best of 2019 Best Dress Designer outside of Portland!
