Moontess

Mihaela was born and raised in Romania before she moved to Oregon in 2003. Since her graduation from The Art Institute of Portland in 2010, her designs’ goal was to fit and feel right on every women, weather it was a swimsuit, a jacket, or a special occasion dress, while melting the European touch into the Portland vibe.
