Major Announcement: FashioNXT 2024 to Take Place at Portland’s Most Iconic Skyscraper
Portland, Sept 10, 2024: FashioNXT, the most iconic fashion event in the Pacific Northwest, has just announced its venue for 2024: the U.S. Bancorp Tower, or “Big Pink,” in downtown Portland. Like international fashion shows that move to different locations each year, FashioNXT will be held this year at Portland’s most recognizable skyscraper. At 536 feet tall, the 42-story tower is the city’s second tallest building and the largest in Oregon by volume, with nearly 740,000 square feet of office space.
Recognized by Time magazine and Forbes as one of the nation’s premier fashion events outside of New York Fashion Week, FashioNXT 2024 will run from October 3-5. The runway show will feature Project Runway All-Star winner Mondo Guerra from NYC, and on October 4th, celebrity model Crystal Methyd from RuPaul’s Drag Race is confirmed to walk in his show. They will be joined by the top couture and ready-to-wear designers from PNW and beyond enhancing the city’s image as a center for creative excellence.
